Thera-Band Tubing

Made of latex rubber, exercise tubing is available in seven levels of progressive resistance. Resistance levels, obtained by varying the thickness of the band or tubing, re colour coded in proprietory Thera-Band® colours increasing in diffficulty through seven levels from tan to silver. The colour-coding system provides positive reinforcement and feedback for gauging results.
