Soft Weights

Soft weights are a soft alternative to traditional isotonic dumbbells and cuff-weights. Hand-held and ball-shaped, they offer a more functional and accommodating grip for unilateral or bilateral exercise progressions. All six weights are the sae easy to hold 41/2” diameter. Particularly well suited for older adults, toning and shaping programs, and persons with arthritis and limited grasping ability.
